I am an artist and have been inspired to create rock art of my own. Does anyone know how the traditional/ancient forms of rock art were created? Are they all engravings? Was some sort of "ink" used? What is this "ink"? Why has it stayed so long? Thank you for your help.

I have seen a small smooth stone, 1 1/2 by 1 3/4 inches, approximately diamond shaped, with the carefully scratched image of a macaw in flight, nothing on the back. It is in the style of the Nazca Hummingbird. Like the Hummingbird, the two matching wings are composed of four equally-spaced fingers separated by spaces of the same width as the fingers. Unlike the Hummingbird, each of the fingers of the wing are the same length, truncated, cut square. The effect is artificial, as if the wing means something else. In addition, there is a fan-shaped tail, an hour-glass shaped body, six lines indicating five feathers sticking up from the top of the head, and an upper and lower bill, both curved downward. It is too symmetrical to be Ogam writing. I have found nothing in the literature to indicate that the Nazca inscribed figures on stones. Has anyone seen a similar image, or know of a Nazca image on a small stone?

In particular I am looking for data/information on the stone known as "Shrine of the Earth Mother" at Bolhai, Madhya Pradesh, India. Infomation on similar rock-art "shrines" from India ia also very welcome. Thanks in advance to anyone able to help!

I know most of the time what people inform you is not true. This is a sad situation we have to deal with in this world. Most of the time it really sounds true and very much could be but to our disappointment the truth always comes out in the end. I will take anykind of lie detector test at any time. This will of course be at your expense. I would never lie to anyone on purpose even if someone thought it would be in their best interest. The truth will come out in the end so it is better to find out now so more people won't be damaged and other people will be accountable for it. The one they call Khanyao, Khanyau, etc. told me personally what I am about to inform you true or not, do your research. Khanyao had years of personal intimate conversations with the leader Cohanul of the yaohushua foundation organization based in Jerusalem, Israul. Khanyao said when Cohanul prayed to YAWHU UL to inform him what YAWHU UL's Son's name was, Cohanul's dream/vision, whatever, was not clear.(seems like a vision/dream from YAWHU would definately be clear!) Cohanul could not be sure if he heard yow hooo shoooah(yaohushua, yauhushua, etc.) or if it was yaw hooo shoooah ( yawhushua ). Ask Khanyao on your own, she is all over the net in chat rooms for now. Everyone who does their homework will find that there is no ow sound like wow in ancient hebrew. So common reasoning shows that this is a made up name derived from some idol or imagination. Do your part in exposing the cult of cults by copying and posting this message in as many message boards that are not subject sensitive. If you are part of this cult quit saying their made up daily abominations(tefaulyao, affirmations, gaarot, etc.) Study the teaching and links at the web site where this message board originates. The yaohushua foundation organization has nothing to back up their claim except the dream/vision that was not clear of one Cohanul, who nobody I know of knows he or she's real name! http://www.o-c-s.com/yaohushua http://dreamwater.com/lifeoftruth

I may have posted same many moons ago. Those familiar with Gila Bend RA; we have made an observation that bluff-top of one of the "points" exhibits altered (abraded/chipped) upper surfaces of smaller 12-24" surface rocks facing only an easternly direction. For just a few moments, perhaps, max of 2-3 minutes prior to sunset, we have also observed surface rocks in other close-by locales to "capture" the sun's glow ... almost as if these rocks are "glowing from within". Obviously, these are westerly facing rocks converse to the aforementioned. Anyone observed similar phenomena? I'm trying to complete a basic paper on same. I acquired a rare stone head artifact last summer. The sandstone object was plowed from a 10,000 acre ancestral from some 100+ years ago and has remained in the family's possesion since. I have presented the object to several archeologists and museum curators and although all are fascinated with it, none know of any similar objects found in the USA. I am hoping that some of you can help me. Please write if you are aware of any similar artifacts in existence. My link will take you directly to a small homepage with photo and the opinions of experts I have received to date. For anyone interested, I can e-mail additional photos.

To whom it may concern Conventional history has it that Leonardo of Pisa (Fibonacci) was the first to introduce the Fibonacci sequence in his book Liber Abbaci around 1202 although it is believed he was inspired by the mathematical work of Omar Quayan on the Chinese triangle. I am looking for any evidence that people might have known the Fibonacci sequence before then as they appear in a number of natural phenomena (pine cones, sseds ...) and is related to the Golden ratio which is found in art (music) and architecture (e.g.: Ancient Greek buildings). Has anyone ever found a rock art structure which suggested that ancient peoples knew the Fibonacci numbers? Thanks in advance Tony Scott
